速记 Privacy Policy
1. Overview
速记 is a note-taking app for quickly recording notes, tags, voice input, search, and AI-assisted formatting or summaries. We respect your privacy and only process data needed to provide these features.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
The app stores your notes, titles, tags, favorites, pinned status, usage counters, and optional audio files locally on your device. This data is used to display, search, edit, and organize your notes.
3. Microphone and Speech Recognition
If you use voice input, the app requests microphone and speech recognition permissions. Audio is used to convert speech into text for your notes. The app does not use microphone access for advertising or tracking.
4. AI Features and Third-Party Processing
When you choose to use AI features, such as title generation, rewriting, proofreading, summaries, daily review, weekly review, or monthly review, the app may send the selected note content, title, and tags to the QuickNote AI proxy service, which forwards the request to DeepSeek for processing.
The data is sent only after you agree to the in-app AI data use prompt. If you do not agree, the app will not send your note content to the AI service and the AI feature will not run.
Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information, such as identity numbers, bank card numbers, health data, passwords, or other highly sensitive content to AI features.
5. How We Use Data
- To save and display your notes.
- To support tags, search, recent views, favorites, and pinned notes.
- To convert voice input into text when you enable voice input.
- To generate AI-assisted titles, formatting, summaries, and reviews when you explicitly request AI processing.
6. Tracking and Advertising
速记 does not track users across apps or websites, and does not use your note content for advertising.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. AI requests may be shared with the QuickNote AI proxy service and DeepSeek only for the purpose of completing the AI feature you requested.
8. Data Deletion
You can delete notes inside the app. Deleting the app from your device removes locally stored app data according to iOS behavior.
